Etude House Dual Wide Eyes Mascara

To my surprise, the packaging is very nice! Simple but still nice. Plastic packaging and lightweight. There are words detailing which wand is under and upper.

Etude House Dual Wide Eyes Mascara

The 'upper' bristles attached to the component but the 'under' bristles comes out of the component completely, instead of being attached like the upper brush.

'Upper' bristles

'Under' bristles

The 'upper' bristles are long while 'under' bristles is short. The “under” brush is bent at 30 degree angle. The 'upper' bristles is easy to apply for my upper lashes but for 'under' bristles, the bent I guess a bit too far because I have to keep change the direction the way I apply it instead of straightly apply the mascara. (you'll know what I means) :P

Color/Pigmentation:
The color of the mascara almost like a true brown color. The pigmentation is pigmented so, it does make the lashes change into brown color. The more you applied, the more pigmented the color is.  If you like your lashes become pink or purple you can try #5 Violet x Raspberry.

Texture/ Finish:
If you look close enough, you'll actually see the 'upper' bristles have a lot bristle than the 'under' bristles. This means, the upper wand grabs more product than under wand. So, if you want a natural mascara looks, you can use 'under' bristles. The formula is more on the wet side but it does dry out quite quickly.

I have short, straight and thin lashes, so I really need mascara that give more volume and length. This mascara does make my lashes gives more length and volume and I'm happy with the result. Also, before applied this mascara, make sure to curls your lashes first because I noticed that, this mascara didn't make your lashes curls at all. Another things is, the mascara dried down quickly, so it's hard to separate the lashes when it dries down.

Lasting Power:
This mascara is completely waterproof, they stay there without moving, and no smudging and it didn't budge at all. This lasts like forever, even when you workout, crying, jumping, they stay intact, I'm quite impressed with formula.

However, when it comes time to take off the mascara it’s quite hard to get off. I have quite a hard time to remove it, this is the reason I dislike waterproof mascara. If you use micellar water, this guy won't get off, so try to use oil based makeup remover to remove it.

Fragrance:
No fragrance detected.

Pros:
- Nice packaging
- Super waterproof mascara
- Smudge-proof
- Longer lashes
- Holds the curls
- Easy to applied for upper and bottom lashes
- Stay intact
- Good quality

Cons:
- Hard to remove
- Dries quickly

Overall:
I think I really do like this mascara because it give the effect that I want which is give more length and volume to my lashes. I also love the facts that it comes with upper and bottom mascara, so you can use based on what mascara looks you want either thick or natural mascara looks. I am definitely going to try the black ones and I highly recommend for you guys to try this mascara.
